Live Streamer
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Live stream products on social media platforms ( Shopee, Tiktok, among others) to promote sales.
- Create and develop a strategy on how to improve the production workflow and contributes to the content of the show.
- Drives traffic and engagement by interacting with online customers/viewers, directly answering inquiries on product information, payment method, and shipping process during live shows.
- Knowledgeable of all products, functionality and promotions.
- Maintains good relationships with customers to ensure high engagements, sales and repeat buying.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure adherence to management standards on live streaming.
Skills and Qualifications
- Has at least experience doing live streaming, online selling, hosting social media events, etc.
- With a cheerful and pleasing personality.
- Must be computer literate and knowledgeable in Microsoft tools.
- Experienced in handling social media platforms and other marketplaces.
- With good communication skills.
- Willing to work on flexible work hours.
- Willing to undergo training.
