Designs and delivers Apple product demos for Douyin livestreams, coaches hosts on presentation skills, and adapts content for Chinese audiences.
We are seeking a Product Demo Creator & Trainer to design and deliver best-in-class product demonstrations for Apple’s Douyin livestreams. This hybrid role blends creativity and training, ensuring hosts not only have polished, ready-to-use demos but also the confidence and skills to present them naturally, in a way that resonates with audiences on China’s leading short video and livestreaming platform.
Demo Design: Create clear, compelling product demonstrations that showcase Apple’s innovations, ecosystem benefits, and real-world use cases.
Training & Coaching: Prepare hosts to present with confidence—providing demo run-throughs, speaking tips, and delivery guidance tailored to Apple’s tone of voice and Douyin’s fast-paced environment.
Content Adaptation: Localize demos for Douyin’s audience, incorporating cultural relevance, consumer habits, and interactive elements (e.g., live chat prompts, call-and-response).
On-Air Support: Act as a behind-the-scenes partner during livestream rehearsals and live broadcasts, helping troubleshoot and fine-tune demo flow.
Collaboration: Partner with Script Writers, RCC moderators, Creative, Device Management and Production teams to ensure demos align seamlessly with the narrative and campaign objectives.
Performance Improvement: Gather feedback from hosts, audience data, and livestream performance to continuously refine demo approaches and host delivery.
Minimum Qualifications
- Skilled communicator who can simplify complex features into engaging, audience-friendly narratives.
- Experience coaching presenters, trainers, or influencers to improve delivery, flow, and confidence.
- Collaborative mindset, comfortable working cross-functionally under tight timelines.
- Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong background in product demos, training, or customer-facing storytelling—ideally within consumer tech, retail, or media.
- Familiarity with livestreaming and short-form video formats, especially Douyin.
