Live Streaming Operator & Hybrid Event Technical Expert
We are looking for a highly skilled Live Streaming Operator & Hybrid Event Expert with hands-on experience in end-to-end live event streaming, hybrid platform management, and on-site AV/IT operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in streaming protocols, social media platforms, hybrid event systems, and full equipment setup and configuration on-site.
This role requires technical mastery from pre-event setup through live execution to post-event delivery, ensuring seamless performance for corporate, government, exhibition, and large-scale live productions.

Key Responsibilities: Live Streaming & Hybrid Event Expert
🎥 Live Streaming Operations
- Design, configure, and operate end-to-end live streaming workflows
- Set up and manage hardware & software encoders
- Stream via RTMP, SRT, HLS protocols
- Operate streaming software: OBS, vMix, Wirecast, Restream
- Monitor stream health: bitrate, latency, packet loss, redundancy
- Stream to multiple platforms simultaneously
🌐 Hybrid Event Platform Management
- Set up and manage hybrid platforms (virtual + physical integration)
- Integrate live streaming with event apps and registration systems
- Manage Q&A, polling, chat moderation, and virtual networking
- Ensure smooth remote speaker connectivity
⚙️ On-Site Technical & Equipment Management
- Install and configure cameras, switchers, video mixers, encoders, recorders
- Set up networking infrastructure: routers, switches, IP configuration, NDI workflows
- Manage audio routing, microphones, mixers, and signal flow
- Coordinate with AV, IT, production, and creative teams
- Conduct technical rehearsals and redundancy testing
📱 Social Media & Multi-Platform Streaming
- Manage live streams to YouTube Live, Facebook Live, LinkedIn Live, and other platforms
- Monitor engagement metrics during live broadcasts
- Troubleshoot platform-specific streaming issues
🛠 Technical Software & Systems
- Operate media server systems (VMAX, show control software)
- Configure Watchout / Arena / media playback systems if required
- Set up and manage streaming servers
- Encode and transcode video for OTT and VOD delivery
🎞 Recording & Post-Event Deliverables
- Capture program (PGM), clean feed, and ISO recordings
- Backup recordings to SSD/NAS
- Organize and handover recorded content
- Support quick turnaround for highlights or recap videos
📋 Event Coordination & Management
- Review Run-of-Show (ROS) and technical rider
- Coordinate with show caller and production manager
- Provide technical documentation and signal flow diagrams
- Ensure compliance with UAE media regulations
