Live Streaming Sales Executive (Luxury Retail)
Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Live Streaming Sales Executive to join our growing luxury retail business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for hosting live streaming sessions, introducing luxury products, engaging customers, and driving online sales across social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Host live streaming sessions on social media platforms to promote luxury products.
- Present products professionally and answer customer enquiries during live broadcasts.
- Build rapport with online customers and encourage purchasing decisions.
- Prepare products before each live session and ensure accurate product information.
- Assist in creating short-form video content for social media marketing.
- Follow up with customers regarding product enquiries and after-sales service.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Stay updated on luxury fashion trends and product knowledge.
- Support other sales and marketing activities when required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in live streaming, retail sales, or digital sales.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable speaking confidently in front of a camera.
- Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and live commerce is an advantage.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in luxury retail, fashion, handbags, watches or jewellery is an advantage.
- Experience in live commerce or social commerce.
- Basic knowledge of video content creation is preferred.
