Live Webinar Presenter — Sales & Audience Conversion

About the role

This is a sales role at its core.

We're looking for a webinar presenter who can command a live audience and convert. Our presenters teach, but teaching is the vehicle, not the goal. The job is to build belief in our methodology and tools and turn that belief into action during live events. You'll present to large audiences, hold their attention from open to close, and perform in a fast-paced, competitive, finance-focused environment where results are measured.

The best people in this seat pair real stage presence with genuine sales instinct. You know how to earn trust, handle an audience's doubts in real time, and make a clear, confident case for why our tools matter. You can take a complex financial idea, make it land in plain language, and move a room to act on it.

You do not need to be a professional trader. Trading knowledge can be taught. What we can't teach is presence, persuasion, competitive drive, and the ability to perform when revenue is on the line. If you've closed from a stage, a screen, or a phone and you want to do it at scale, this is the role for you.

What you'll do

Live Webinar Presentation

• Host and present high-energy live webinars and special events for large online audiences, carrying the room from open to close and keeping attention high through the presentation.

Audience Engagement & Conversion

• Move live audiences to act. Build trust, make the case for our tools, handle doubts in real time, and convert during the presentation.

Market & Platform Demonstration

• Present trading ideas, market insights, and platform features in a way that makes the value obvious, using tools such as Oracle, IRIS AI, and the StocksToTrade platform. Every demonstration is built to sell the tool, not just explain it.

Collaborative Speaker Environment

• Work inside a competitive team of presenters. Share what's working, what’s not, and push the whole team's conversion higher.

Content & Presentation Development

• Partner with internal teams to refine scripts, presentation flow, and the teaching moments that set up the offer, so education always earns its place by moving the audience closer to a yes.

Performance Optimization

• Own your numbers. Continuously sharpen delivery, pacing, storytelling, and closing technique to lift conversion and revenue per event and treat every webinar as a chance to beat your last one.

Qualifications

Required

• Exceptional Presenter — charismatic, confident on camera, and able to command the attention of a live audience for extended periods of time

• High Sales IQ — understands persuasion, audience psychology, and how to guide viewers toward taking action during a live presentation

• Competitive Performer — thrives in performance-driven environments and enjoys improving results through practice, coaching, and team collaboration

• Team-Oriented — actively shares insights, presentation strategies, and learnings with other presenters to elevate the entire speaker team

• Financial Markets Interest — strong interest in trading, investing, or financial markets, and excited to present in a trading-focused environment

• Coachable & Adaptable — comfortable receiving feedback and continuously refining delivery and presentation style

Preferred

• Experience hosting webinars, live streams, or online presentations

• Background in sales, marketing, or audience-facing roles

• Familiarity with trading or financial markets

• Experience presenting educational or informational content online

Work Environment

• Remote, Desk-Based Role: Requires extended periods of computer work, screen time, and live presentation via webcam and webinar software.

• Home Office: A professional home office setup is required.
