Key Responsibilities:
🌱 Drive climate-smart agriculture, crop yields, and home gardening.
🐄 Strengthen livestock management and pastoralist livelihoods.
💧 Manage sustainable soil, water conservation, and micro-irrigation.
💼 Promote green microenterprises, VSLAs, and financial inclusion.
🤝 Link smallholders to markets, cooperatives, and local value chains.

Candidate Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor's or Master's in Agriculture, Economics, or related field.
⏳ 2+ yrs exp (Degree), 1+ yr (Master's), or 5 yrs (Diploma).
🗣️ Fluency in English and Amharic.
