What You'll Do
- Moderate comments during TikTok and Facebook livestreams.
- Respond to customer enquiries about products, sizing, colours, pricing, promotions, and stock availability.
- Highlight important customer questions to the livestream host.
- Pin key messages, vouchers, and promotional announcements during live sessions.
- Remove spam and inappropriate comments to maintain a positive community.
- Keep the chat active and engaging by interacting with viewers.
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, positive, and customer-focused personality.
- Fast typing and strong multitasking skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in fashion, social media, and e-commerce.
- Able to work weekends and night shifts 9pm- 12 midnight or during scheduled livestreams.
- Reliable, responsible, and able to think quickly under pressure.
