We're expanding our AI/LLM team as a key 2026 growth priority. This role builds the large-model and agent systems that power our freight platform — from AI assistants that help drivers find loads, to smart dispatch tools for shippers, to AI-assisted dispute resolution and autonomous decision-making agents.

Requirements
- 2–10 years of applied LLM experience; bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong expertise in Transformer architectures, LLaMA/Qwen/GLM base models, and SFT/RLHF/GRPO alignment & fine-tuning
- Skilled in RAG, LangChain, agent tool-calling, and vector databases
- Able to independently run the full loop: training, evaluation, and bad-case iteration

- Experience with logistics/mobility vertical LLMs
