# LLM Engineer ## Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled **LLM (Large Language Model) Engineer** with over **4 years of experience** to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and deploying large language models to enhance our products and services. This role plays a critical part in advancing our AI capabilities and supporting innovative solutions within the organization. ## Responsibilities - Design, develop, and fine-tune large language models to meet project requirements. - Implement and optimize machine learning algorithms for natural language processing tasks. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate LLMs into existing systems and workflows. - Conduct research to stay updated with the latest advancements in large language models and AI technologies. - Evaluate model performance through rigorous testing and validation, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency. - Document technical processes and provide ongoing support for deployed models. ## Qualifications - **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree** in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. - **4+ years of experience** in machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing. - Strong proficiency in **Python** and experience with machine learning frameworks such as **TensorFlow**, **PyTorch**, or **Hugging Face Transformers**. - Hands-on experience with training, fine-tuning, and deploying large language models. - Solid understanding of **NLP techniques**, **model optimization**, and **scaling AI solutions**. - Knowledge of **cloud platforms** such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for model deployment. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or within a team. - Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts. ## Preferred Skills - Experience with **distributed training** and **GPU acceleration**. - Familiarity with **data preprocessing** and **annotation** for NLP tasks. - Knowledge of **model compression** and **efficiency techniques**. - Prior experience working in **agile development environments**. - Publications or contributions to open-source AI projects. ## LOCATION - Bangalore/Mumbai/Pune
