As a Manufacturing Test Engineer, you work closely with Software Test Engineering, Production Maneger, Design Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to optimize testing flow, define test strategies, and jointly develop manufacturing processes and tools.
As production ramps, MTEs partner with factory and program stakeholders to ensure manufacturing processes are repeatable, well-controlled, and aligned with overall production and quality objectives. You collaborate across functions to define test infrastructure requirements, product specifications, and validation criteria, ensuring smooth execution from development through mass production.
In this role, you are responsible for developing, maintaining, and continuously improving test systems, while partnering with cross-functional and global teams to ensure test platforms remain stable, scalable, and operational. You will jointly manage the overall health of the test infrastructure and coordinate the deployment of test platform changes across worldwide sites.
Responsibilities
