The Work
You'll provide evidence-based teletherapy to K–12 students across North Carolina, collaborating with school counselors and families statewide. You'll participate in weekly individual and group supervision, case consultations, and contribute to clinical program development.
What You Need
- Active LMHCA or LCSWA license in North Carolina (required — we are not able to hire other license types at this time)
- Post-graduate clinical hours already accrued toward full licensure (required — this role is best suited for associates who are actively logging supervised hours, not candidates just beginning their post-graduate track)
- Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families
- Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems
- Available Mon–Fri 3–8 PM
Preferred
- Experience in CBT, DBT, or similar modalities
- Prior school-based or youth-focused experience
- Bilingual Spanish/English fluency
- Active NPI and CAQH
