A Massage Therapy Career with Independence, Flexibility, and Support

Are you an experienced Licensed Massage Therapist looking for more autonomy, meaningful client relationships, and a welcoming, professional work environment where you're trusted to take ownership of your day?

This is not your typical massage therapist position.

At Elixir Mind Body Massage, a sister studio to Symmetry360 Massage, we're creating a unique opportunity for skilled, self-motivated therapists who thrive with both independence and collaboration.

Our Downtown Denver studio operates with a hybrid service model, combining front desk-supported shifts with independently operated shifts. You'll enjoy the support of a front desk team during designated hours while having the autonomy to manage the full client experience during others.

We're looking for therapists who are confident, organized, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative without constant oversight.

Why You'll Love This Role

• W-2 employment
• Fully paid parking in a nearby secure parking garage
• A unique balance of independent and concierge-supported shifts
• Greater autonomy and ownership over your day and the client experience
• Calm, professional, and inclusive studio environment
• Thoughtful scheduling that supports therapist well-being
• No aggressive sales expectations or pressure-based upselling
• Additional earning opportunities through memberships, packages, retail sales, and incentive programs
• Supportive, therapist-centered leadership
• Opportunity to build long-term client relationships

What Success Looks Like

You'll thrive in this role if you're naturally self-directed, take pride in delivering exceptional therapeutic care, and enjoy creating a seamless client experience from beginning to end.

You understand that independence comes with responsibility, and you're comfortable managing both your massage practice and essential studio operations when front desk support isn't present.

Success in this role includes:

• Providing exceptional, customized therapeutic massage services
• Proactively anticipating client needs and going above and beyond to create thoughtful, memorable experiences
• Completing client intake and session documentation in Meevo
• Greeting clients, managing check-in and checkout, and processing transactions during autonomous shifts
• Educating clients about memberships, packages, retail products, and other services when appropriate
• Preparing and resetting treatment rooms between appointments
• Assisting with in-house laundry and linen management
• Maintaining treatment room readiness, supplies, and studio cleanliness
• Following established opening, closing, and daily operational procedures
• Proactively identifying and communicating client or operational needs
• Representing Elixir with warmth, professionalism, accountability, and exceptional client care

What We're Looking For

• Active Colorado Massage Therapy License
• Strong therapeutic massage skills and commitment to client-centered care
• Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently
• Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence navigating client interactions and routine administrative tasks
• Ability to take initiative, solve problems, and maintain professional standards without direct supervision
• Experience with scheduling or point-of-sale systems is a plus

Benefits

• Health, Dental & Vision insurance (eligible employees)
• Paid Sick Time and Paid Vacation
• Fully paid parking in a nearby secure garage
• Employee discounts
• Monthly massage membership
• Free infrared sauna and cold plunge access
• Continuing education opportunities
• Growth opportunities within Symmetry360
• Positive, collaborative culture
