JSW Steel is seeking to hire a Loader to join our Shipping team!

Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with production, engineering, quality, sales, administration, and leadership to support shipping operations.

• Locate, stage, and load flat plate products based on outgoing orders.

• Safely load trucks and railcars while ensuring accurate order fulfillment and on-time shipments.

• Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines in an industrial environment.

Requirements

• Ability to work safely in a demanding industrial setting with high heat, pressure, and moving equipment.
• Basic math skills for order verification and measurements.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and material handling equipment.
• Must be able to safely lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work a rotating (4) 12-hour shift schedule, alternating weekly between day and night shifts.
