Loan Against Property Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Loan Against Property Sales Executive to join our team in Karnataka. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our Loan Against Property (LAP) products to potential clients. Your primary focus will be on understanding customer needs, providing tailored financial solutions, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including referrals, networking, and direct outreach. - Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate LAP solutions. - Present and explain the features and benefits of our LAP products to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. - Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the loan application process and ensure timely approvals. - Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. - Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of Loan Against Property products and the lending process. - Proven sales experience, preferably in financial services or real estate. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their financial needs. - Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset. - Familiarity with the Karnataka market and local regulations related to property loans is a plus.
