Loan Analyst
This position is located in the Farm Service Agency, Wharton, Wharton County, Texas. This position provides support and assistance to the Farm Loan Managers and Farm Loan Officers that perform a range of lending activities, closing, disbursement, monitoring, liquidating, and servicing of agricultural loans.
Provides technical advice and assistance on less complex matters concerning loan making.
Works with customers to assess their needs and provides information or assistance in resolving their issues.
Communicates with borrowers regarding loan status, status of pending requests, and standard loan fund policies and procedures.
Generates, receives, records and disseminates correspondence correspondence regarding loan making.
Identifies, analyzes, and makes recommendations to resolve conventional problems and situations in farm loan making.
Services work-flow and work distribution. Identifies problems, uses sound judgment to evaluate alternatives and to make recommendations.
Evaluates technical information related to the job. Advises others on technical issues.
Works with customers to assess their needs and provides information or assistance in resolving their issues.
Services cases including loan closing and disbursements, repayments, lien/mortgage releases, and loan modification /extension request.
