LoanIQ SDK / Full Stack Developer (Java / J2EE / Oracle SQL)

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong Loan IQ SDK expertise, solid Java/J2EE development experience, and hands-on Oracle SQL skills. You’ll build and enhance Loan IQ customizations, develop backend services and integrations, and support enterprise lending applications by partnering with product, business, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Position Summary

Level: Consultant or equivalent

As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.

Work You’ll Do

Apply industry knowledge to requirements gathering and analysis, ensuring alignment with sector needs. Demonstrate expertise across the entire software development lifecycle, from design and coding to deployment and defect resolution, collaborating with stakeholders for effective delivery. Conduct peer and team reviews to maintain quality standards. Actively engage in Agile practices, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and effort estimation. Build and share business process knowledge, supporting project knowledge management and team training. Proactively recommend process improvements, track efficiency gains, and contribute to automation and innovation, all aimed at enhancing project outcomes and delivering greater value to clients

Good To Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications

• Experience with Spring Boot and microservices-based architecture
• Exposure to frontend technologies such as Angular or React
• Familiarity with Loan IQ Batch framework, upgrades, and migration projects
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, Maven, or UCD
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux commands and shell scripting
• Exposure to messaging tools such as Kafka, MQ, or Tibco
• Experience in Agile delivery model and DevOps practices

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications

• 5+ years of software development experience in enterprise application development
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Loan IQ SDK development/customization
• Strong experience in Java / J2EE technologies
• Hands-on experience in Loan IQ SDK, Scripted APIs, and Loan IQ integrations
• Strong Oracle SQL / PL-SQL development skills
• Experience in developing and supporting backend services, batch jobs, and integrations
• Good understanding of REST/SOAP services, XML, JSON, and interface design
• Strong understanding of the commercial lending / syndicated lending lifecycle
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues across Loan IQ, middleware, and database layers
• Experience with code reviews, defect fixing, unit testing, and release support
• Ability to work with onsite/offshore teams and independently deliver assigned work items.

Education

• BE/B. Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc. (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university

• BLR/HYD/CHN/PUN

Shift Timings

• 11 AM to 8 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM IST as per business requirements
