Loan Officer

Key Responsibilities: - Assess and evaluate loan applications for various products including home loans, mortgages, and loans against property. - Provide expert advice to clients on loan options and terms, ensuring they understand the implications of their choices. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of housing finance regulations and market trends to provide accurate information to clients. - Collaborate with underwriters and other financial professionals to facilitate the loan approval process. - Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to generate new business opportunities. - Prepare and present loan proposals to clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate. Required Skills: - Strong understanding of loan products, particularly in housing finance, including home loans and mortgages. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. - Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to assess financial information and make informed decisions. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple loan applications simultaneously. - Proficient in using loan processing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
