About the Role
Fedelta International Resources Company Limited, a growing microfinance institution, is recruiting Loan Officers to support its expansion across Osun State.
Key Responsibilities
- Market and promote loan products to prospective clients.
- Acquire and manage customer relationships.
- Process and facilitate loan disbursements.
- Monitor loan repayments and carry out recovery activities.
- Provide excellent customer service and meet assigned targets.
Requirements
- Relevant educational qualification.
- 1–3 years' experience is preferred.
- Previous experience in microfinance or financial services is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- High integrity and excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Strong results-oriented mindset.
