Step into a pivotal position within credit operations where you will manage facility administration, documentation compliance, and transaction execution for corporate portfolios.

• Review legal documentation for bilateral and syndicated credit facilities to ensure alignment with credit approvals.

• Analyze facility agreements to evaluate and authorize client drawdown and utilization requests.

• Execute loan processing activities, including disbursements, rollovers, interest settlements, and trade instruments.

• Collaborate with relationship management teams to resolve documentation matters and ensure compliant record-keeping.

• Participate in system enhancement initiatives, user acceptance testing, and regulatory reporting requirements.

skills and experience

• Min 2-3 years in loan administration and credit operations/ documentation handling.

• Knowledge of corporate loans, credit facility structures, and operational controls.
