From reviewing loan files and tracking exceptions to supporting collateral management, you’ll help make sure the details are accurate and nothing falls through the cracks.

What You’ll Do

• Support branches with collateral and loan documentation.
• Review loan files for completeness and accuracy.
• Track newly booked loans and outstanding exceptions.
• Monitor workflow queues and follow up on unresolved items.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate needed corrections.
• Complete document assignment reporting.
• Look for ways to improve processes and efficiency.
• Take ownership of your work and step in where needed.
