Ready to jump into a new opportunity? ACCESSbank is hiring for a Loan Operations Specialist II. The Loan Operations Specialist II is responsible for the accurate and timely preparation, processing, and maintenance of consumer and real estate loans, including TRID loans, throughout the loan lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review consumer and real estate loan documentation, including applicable TRID disclosures such as Loan Estimates and Closing Disclosures, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and bank policies and procedures.
- Review loan documentation and related information for completeness and accuracy, resolving discrepancies and following up on missing information as needed.
- Board and maintain loans within the Loan Accounting System throughout the life of the loan.
- Process loan servicing requests, including payoff letters, releases, payments, advances, paid loans, and collateral releases.
- Manage adverse action and withdrawn application files, including preparation and mailing of applicable notices to applicants.
- Monitor incomplete or pending loan documentation and maintain applicable exceptions within the tickler management system.
- Assist Loan Operations Manager with special projects to support portfolio growth as assigned.
