Loan Origination & Platform Developer - Full Stack
Summary
Builds and maintains Tachys Capital's loan origination and loan management platform for residential and commercial real estate transitional lending — database design, borrower onboarding/underwriting workflows, CRM integration, and investor/broker portals — using Python, Node.js, React/Next.js, and PostgreSQL, initially on a project-based or part-time basis.
Role :
Seeking a developer/consultant to build and maintain our loan origination and loan management platform supporting residential and commercial real estate transitional lending and real estate credit operations.
Scope :
- Database design for loan, borrower, lender, and deal data
- Loan Origination System (LOS): borrower onboarding, underwriting workflows, document processing, draw management
- CRM/lead management integration for origination and business development
- Investor/broker portal development
Required Skills :
- SQL/database design (PostgreSQL or similar)
- CRM integration experience
- Python, Node.js, React/Next.js
- REST API development
Preferred Skills :
- AI/LLM API integration (automation, document processing)
- Prior experience with lending, LOS, or real estate/credit platforms
- Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
