Loan Sales Executive
About the Role
Rosabon Financial Services (RFS) Limited, Nigeria's leading Non-Banking Financial Intermediary and Equipment Leasing firm, is seeking Loan Sales Executives to drive the sales of loans (salary loan) and investment products, onboarding and managing individual and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of loans (salary loan) and investment products
- Source, onboard, and manage individual and corporate clients
- Generate quality leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets
Requirements
- Minimum of NCE, OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales loans or other financial services products
- Demonstrable track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the local market and customer acquisition strategies
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary: ₦110,000 – ₦144,000 (based on experience); Contract Sales: ₦85,000 fixed + transport
