Job Summary:
The Loan Services Support Associate is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to the loan services team. This role ensures the accurate processing, documentation, and servicing of loan transactions in accordance with firm policies and regulatory requirements. The team member collaborates with internal departments and external clients to resolve issues, maintain records, and support the overall efficiency of loan operations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process and review loan documentation and transactions; ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements; maintain accurate and up-to-date loan records; assist in resolving loan servicing issues and discrepancies; provide administrative support to loan officers and managers; communicate with clients and internal stakeholders regarding loan servicing matters; prepare reports and summaries for management; support audit and regulatory review processes; recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency; stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes.
