Loan Telesales Officer

Job Description

Are you a dynamic, target-driven professional with a passion for sales? We are looking for high-energy individuals to join our client. In this role, you will connect with existing customers to offer customised financial solutions, helping them achieve their personal goals through unsecured loan suites.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Engagement: Conduct outbound calls to establish your own customer base and promote unsecured loans, balance transfers, and credit card facilities.
  
• Customer Advisory: Understand customer financial needs and recommend appropriate retail banking products.
  
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly individual sales and revenue performance targets.
  
• Follow up diligently on required income documents to ensure smooth application processing.
  
• Deliver excellent customer service while adhering strictly to banking regulations, internal compliance policies, and data privacy laws.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
  
• Prior experience in telesales, outbound telemarketing, or banking sales is highly advantageous. Fresh graduates with a strong drive to succeed are welcome to apply.
  
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and strong persuasion skills.
  
• Highly resilient, comfortable handling objections, and motivated by a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
