Loans Officer

Job Description:

· Loan operation processing & documentations

· Prepare reports for Head office, MAS and etc. on a timely basis.

· Prepare credit review for existing borrower

· Issuance of banker’s guarantee

· Capable of drafting credit proposals for both Bilateral and Syndication loans

·Ability to assess credit risk and formulate assessment reports

· Vet Legal documents and follow up on other correspondences such as amendments to agreement, waiver requests

· In-charge of KYC checking and CDD review on both new and existing customers

· Ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma or Degree graduate in financial related courses

· Experience in loan processing & documentations will be an added advantage

· Minimum 2 Years experience in syndicated and/or bilateral loan transaction will be preferred

· Bilingual to liaise with Mandarin speaking chinese clients

· Able to handle Documents in chinese language
