Position Title: Lobby Ambassador – 5-Star Hotel Employment Type: Full Time Salary AED: up to 4,000 depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation & transportation Benefits: Medical Insurance and yearly airline ticket Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE About the Client: A 5-star luxury hotel in Abu Dhabi that embodies a perfect blend of heritage, modern luxury, and exceptional service Job Description: • Welcome guests warmly, assist with inquiries, and provide directions or hotel information. • Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, and Guest Relations to ensure smooth and efficient guest service. • Escort guests when needed and monitor the lobby to keep it clean, organized, and guest friendly. • Handle guest concerns, support VIP arrivals, and stay updated on hotel services, facilities, and safety standards.

• Chinese speaker with a minimum 1–2 years of experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, or other guest-facing roles within luxury or 5-star hospitality environments. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, professional, and polished approach to guest service; able to handle inquiries and resolve concerns effectively. • Professional appearance with a welcoming personality, and the ability to remain calm and composed in fast-paced environments. • Physically fit and highly organized, with strong multitasking, teamwork, and coordination skills, maintaining a customer-first mindset while assisting guests.
