Local CDL-A Driver – Recent Drivers Average ~$70K | Home Most Nights

Pay: $24.00 – $27.00 per hour for the first 90 Days. $65k-$75k Salary after 90 Days.

Schedule: Mostly local routes with home every night; occasional overnight trips (a few per month)

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused CDL-A Truck Driver. This position is primarily local, allowing drivers to be home most nights, with limited overnight trips as needed. The ideal candidate takes pride in safe driving, equipment care, and representing a close-knit organization with professionalism and integrity.

• Safely transport recycled plastic materials, raw materials, and finished goods to and from customer and company locations.
• Operate tanker equipment in compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards.
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and roadworthiness.
• Accurately maintain ELD logs, shipping documents, and delivery paperwork.
• Follow all DOT, FMCSA, and company policies at all times.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and plant personnel regarding schedules, delays, or route changes.
• Load and unload materials as required, ensuring proper handling and securement.
• Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of assigned equipment.
• Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers, vendors, and the public.
