Quick Overview:

• Starting wage of $24.50/hour, based on qualifications
• $3,000 signing bonus
• 6:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday schedule (with some seasonal overtime)
• Benefits (after a 30-day probation period): Health insurance, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, a $500 clothing allowance, medical/child care flexible spending, 401(k) plan with match, a 100% employer-funded pension plan, PTO, and paid holidays

What You'll Tackle:

As our Local Commercial Driver, you'll deliver shipments of feed products to local customers and ensure they receive everything they ordered! We're committed to efficiency and accuracy, and you'll make sure to follow all traffic laws and meet customer expectations. As you make deliveries, you'll professionally interact with customers and assist them however you can. You'll also manage your truck's maintenance, making sure to perform routine checks and promptly scheduling service appointments if needed.

You Bring:

• Valid, current Class A CDL
• Good driving record
• Ability to meet DOT physical and medical requirements
• Ability to work some overtime as needed
• Collaborative team spirit
• A high level of dexterity and attention to detail
