Candidates need to be at least 23 years old and have 2 years of CDL experience. Drivers also must either know or be willing to learn how to haul stand-up coils.

- Average driver makes between $65,000 - $80,000 annually (including safety bonuses)
- $2,500 sign on/retention bonus paid quarterly over the first 12 months of employment
- Home 4+ Nights per week
- Paid Weekly
- Paid Vacation Time
- Monthly Safety/Mileage Bonuses
- Driver's Medical Insurance paid 100%
