- Manage technical website health, including Core Web Vitals, HTTPS, and site speed.
- Identify and resolve crawl errors, broken links, redirect chains, duplicate content, and canonicalization issues.
- Maintain XML sitemaps and robots.txt, and monitor indexation in Google Search Console.
- Update underperforming content to improve rankings and click through rates.
- Implement Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategies and optimize for featured snippets, People Also Ask, and other SERP features.
- Track performance and prepare internal reports on rankings, organic traffic, impressions, clicks, and key events.
- Identify ranking opportunities and flag declines for quick action.
- Collaborate with your pod (marketing coach, Google Ads manager, designer) to support client goals.
- Manage tasks and tickets in Monday.com and communicate with the team via Slack.
- Participate in ongoing training and follow a 90 day onboarding roadmap.

What We Are Looking For:
- Strong knowledge of local SEO and how it differs from traditional SEO.
- Solid technical SEO skills, with the ability to identify and fix site health issues independently.
- Familiarity with Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and evolving AI search trends.
- A coachable attitude: someone who listens, takes direction well, and is open to feedback.
- A team player who fits a collaborative, respectful culture.
- Organized and able to manage multiple accounts as the portfolio grows.
- Reliable, responsive, and proactive in communication.
- Strong written and verbal English.
