Local Store Marketing Supervisor (Cavite and Laguna)

Job Purpose

To drive store traffic and brand awareness, and ultimately help increase sales across assigned areas by developing and implementing localized area marketing initiatives, identifying new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with customers and industry professionals, and conducting regular fieldwork to monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and store performance.

Years of Experience

At least 1-3 years of experience in:

- Strategic brand marketing

- Localized marketing

- Events management

- Integrated marketing campaigns

- Competitive research and analysis

- Digital marketing

- Influencer marketing is a plus but not a requirement

- Willing to do fieldwork 3x a week
