The Localization team maintains and delivers a seamless localized experience across NordVPN, Saily, and NordPass — website, apps, support, and legal content in 25+ languages. This role is the operational backbone of that effort: you'll keep translations moving on time, at quality, across many stakeholders and formats.
Main Responsibilities:
Own the day-to-day translation workflow for web and digital products (mobile apps, video, retail, and more), ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery for Product and Marketing.
Coordinate a network of translation agencies, native copywriters, and country managers — building relationships that last.
Safeguard consistency across languages: maintain glossaries, style guides, and translation memories, and document localized material for a unified style, tone, and quality.
Catch and resolve linguistic and market-specific issues before launch.
Partner cross-functionally with Development, Product, Design, CRO, and Marketing to launch campaigns and landing pages.
Improve how localization runs — designing and optimizing processes (and the tooling/automation behind them) as we scale.
Core Requirements:
Strong project management skills — you juggle multiple concurrent projects and consistently land them on time. This is the heart of the role.
Sharp attention to detail, even under pressure.
Comfort with ambiguity and constant change.
A habit of questioning how things are done and proposing better, business-driven alternatives.
Hands-on experience with CAT and TMS tools.
