Job Details:
The Location Manager will help direct, promote, and coordinate agronomy operations in a manner that will optimize the market, improve the cooperative’s efficiency, help achieve the cooperative’s mission and goals, and result in outstanding customer service. Complete follow-up customer service calls.
The location manager’s responsibilities involve supervision, marketing, profitability and sales, reporting, purchasing, resale pricing, inventory, service, maintenance, environmental compliance, and other duties as assigned by the general manager and/or agronomy manager.
The location manager will maintain a positive attitude that promotes team work within the cooperative and a favorable image of the cooperative.
Requirements:
Education - High school diploma or equivalent;
Basic Skills - Speaking, Writing, Reading Comprehension, Listening, Monitoring, Judgment and Decision Making, Time Management.
Ability to Obtain License, Certificate or Registration - Class A CDL with combination & HAZ Mat, Certified Applicator License with A, B, C, and Seed Treatment.
