ABOUT THE ROLE

As part of its commitment to supporting well-being, our client is seeking a Locum Case Manager to join a dedicated team focused on providing case management support and enhancing the overall well-being of individuals. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working alongside passionate professionals in a collaborative and supportive environment.

WORKING DAYS

  • Must be able to commit at least 2 to 3 full days per week

JOBDESCRIPTION

  • Case management
  • Crisis management and interventions
  • Triaging service: conducting mental health and need screening of a student, psycho-educate and inform students of the various mental health services within UCS and NUS, and direct/refer the student to the resources accordingly
  • Advocating for student’s mental health project leaders and data engineers, and our business units.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, counselling or nursing
  • At least 3 yrs experience working within a mental health or community case management setting will be an advantage
  • Relevant experience or background in case management, mental health, nursing, psychology, or social work.
  • Able to work with students and staff of culturally diverse backgrounds
  • Able to collaborate and work in a team
  • Able to conduct risk assessment and provide the necessary support and intervention
  • Able to coordinate and manage the caseload of complex and potentially at risk- clients
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, including capacity to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Good command of written and spoken English
