Job Responsibilities

* Register patients, handle front-desk queries, and deliver customer service

* Dispense medicines accurately based on doctor prescriptions

* Process payments and insurance/government subsidy claims

* Monitor, track, and restock medical supplies and drugs

Requirements:

- Prior clinic assistant experience preferred

* Good customer service and communication skills

* Able to commit to the 1-year contract
