Description
We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:
Location: South-West
Salary: $35 / $40 / $45 per hour (Depending on Relevant Experience)
Contract Duration: 3 Months
Working Days & Hours: Monday–Friday, Office Hours
Commitment: Minimum 2–2.5 Days Per Week
Job Responsibilities
Provide professional clinical pharmacy services in an outpatient polyclinic setting.
Review and verify prescriptions to ensure safe and appropriate medication use.
Dispense medications accurately and provide medication counselling to patients.
Advise patients on medication dosage, usage, side effects and precautions.
Collaborate with doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals to optimise patient care.
Identify and resolve medication-related issues to ensure patient safety.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior pharmacists and pharmacy staff.
Maintain accurate medication records and ensure compliance with pharmacy standards.
Support pharmacy service improvements and other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Minimum Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent recognised qualification.
Valid Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC) registration and practising certificate.
Minimum 2 years of relevant pharmacy experience.
Prior experience in hospital, polyclinic or outpatient pharmacy settings would be advantageous.
Strong knowledge of medication dispensing, prescription review and patient counselling.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to commit to 2–2.5 weekdays per week for 3 months.
