Locum Pharmacy Technician (6 months/WEST) - Weekdays Office Hrs #HAO

Salary: $15/hr Weekdays, $18/hr Weekends

Duration: 6 months

Working Days & Hours: 5 days, Mon-fri office hours, alternate sat half day (only if activated)

Location: Clementi

Job Description:

1. Perform inbound stock receipt, checking and repacking

2. Process medication orders/ prescriptions in accordance to set standards

3. Perform quality checks on picked medication orders/ prescriptions and pack for delivery

4. Work with informatics team to ensure smooth implementation of IT and automation systems

5. Manage inventory, including performing stock replenishment, cycle counts and stock

take

6. Perform billing procedures for services provided

7. Coordinate deliveries to healthcare institutions or patients, including reconciliation,

handover

and issue resolution

8. Assist in general housekeeping and management of pharmacy consumables

9. Assist in the implementation of quality improvement projects

10. Assist in orientating and training new staA assigned to section

11. Assist in managing operations in assigned section if appointed as team leader

12. Any other ad hoc duties as assigned, such as cross functional support etc.

Job Requirements: Min Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or similar
