Locum Physiotherapist (East, November Start) - Singaporean/PR only

Summary
Provides physiotherapy care to elderly residents in a Singapore nursing home, including assessments, rehab interventions, and staff training, with occasional tech-assisted programs.
We are recruiting a Locum Physiotherapist to support a nursing home located in East Singapore.
Availability:
- Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 8.30 am to 5.30 pm (Negotiable)
- Duration: End-November 2026 to Mid-April 2027
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assessment of the in-house elderly, 6 monthly re-assessment and ad hoc assessment as required.
- Rehab Intervention to the older adults.
- Supervise Therapy aide staff as and when required.
- Liaise with other healthcare professionals in the Home and external as and when required regarding the patient care.
- Assist implementations of Robotics and any other technology related interventions introduced by LHE.
- Assist in collecting feedback for the newly introduced programs using relevant tools.
- Assist in training the junior staff in the appropriate application of the new interventions and train them as required to collect the relevant feedback and data.
- Formulate new programmes on quarterly basis for the wellbeing of the resident both physically and mentally.
- Review and do necessary changes to the present ongoing physical therapy 6-monthly.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy
- Full AHPC Registration
- At least two years of experience working in a healthcare setting
- Passionate about Physiotherapy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in local languages will be an advantage
- Self-motivated to engage in continuous learning and education in the field of Physiotherapy
