Locum Rider / Dispatcher (Healthcare)
Summary
Delivers medical supplies and equipment in Singapore, maintains vehicles, and assists with office/facility logistics for a healthcare staffing agency.
Job Scope:
- Perform dispatch delivery of items;
- Assist in the planning of daily delivery schedule;
- Ensure that parcels are delivered in the correct conditions;
- Ensure that parcels are delivered to the right recipient (with proof of delivery);
- Help to set up internal delivery route;
- Participate in packing delivery items when required to.
- Assist the facilities team with the movement and relocation of office furniture, equipment, and supplies.
- Support the tracking and inventory of assets during transfers or disposals.
- Help with the setup or dismantling of event spaces or meeting rooms as directed.
- Conduct routine checks on the assigned vehicle (e.g., fuel, tires, oil, lights) to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Report any vehicle defects, maintenance needs, or accidents immediately to the Facilities Manager.
- Ensure the vehicle is kept clean and tidy.
- Provide ad-hoc support to the facilities team for minor maintenance tasks, repairs, or general upkeep of the premises when not engaged in despatch duties.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of common areas and storage facilities.
- Provide ad-hoc transportation for doctors to and from the airport during their business trips.
Requirements:
- Min N/O level
- Owns class 2B/ class 3 license
