Lodge Clerk
Summary
Front desk clerk at a casino handling guest reservations, check-ins/outs, switchboard calls, and gift shop assistance. Day-to-day includes customer service, inventory management, and occasional night auditor coverage.
SALARY RANGE: $12.72 - $15.45 HOURLY/DOE
SUMMARY:
Assists casino customers in all aspects of the Gift Shop, Lodge and switchboard.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Lodge Clerk accurately makes reservations and checks guests in and out in a timely and accurate manner.
- He/she is responsible for directing incoming switchboard telephone calls to the appropriate party.
- The Lodge Clerk substitutes for the night auditor when needed and completes all paperwork and log books accurately.
- He/she assists in the gift shop by waiting on customers, arranging merchandise displays and taking monthly and annual inventory of all merchandise.
- The Lodge Clerk is responsible for any other duties as assigned by either the Lodge Director or Lodge Supervisor.
- Employee shall comply with all BSA/AML regulations, reporting, and training requirements – Specifically those in the Grand River Casino Written System of Internal Controls (and appendices) for BSA/AML Compliance.
