Role Name: Loftware Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Acting as the single point of contact between business and IT teams
• Driving upgrade and support activities in best interest of TCS as Loftware consultant.
• Developing/mentoring functional and technical solutions towards harmonization of business processes as per requirements.
• Provide technical support to business users across the globe on daily basis
• Work with business users to evaluate requirements and develop technical solutions.
• Help resolve system and data issues related to various applications
• Participate as technical consultant in various business level meetings and workshops
• Design, develop, test, debug, and deploy workflows, configurations and customizations to meet business needs
• Interact with the client/stakeholders at regular meetings
• Manage and keep a track of the business and IT changes/enhancements to the system and communicate to end user community
• Co-ordinate with all other project/infrastructure teams and manage handover documentation.
• Be responsive to the suggestions, concerns and changing needs of the Business users

Must Have Skills:

• Must have strong technical and functional competency and hands-on skills in Loftware Spectrum and LPS.
• Background in other Labeling applications is advantageous.
• Configure user access to Spectrum, manage data services, configure on-demand, integrated and remote printing
• Designing processes, Constructing basic business rules, Basic Troubleshooting approaches and logging for Business Rules
• Performing system management like high availability, multi site deployment,
• Good understanding of clustering and load balancing is required
• Must be able integrate Loftware with the other applications (including but not limited to SAP)
• Working knowledge of Oracle database (19c) and SQL queries
• Must have good knowledge in testing protocols in a SDLC driven project. Hands-on experience with HP ALM is required.
• Knowledge of Service Management tools like IRIS/ITSM
• Must have Strong vendor management experience.
• Should have good understanding of Life Sciences indutry’s regulatory impact.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, Outlook, Visio etc.).

• Self-motivated, organized, energetic, results-driven and a fast learner.
• Ability to accurately and effectively document, manage and deliver requests

Location: Pune

Experience Range: 6+ years

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science.

Certifications: Loftware Certified
