Logistic Coordinator
Summary
Coordinates shipments, tracks orders, and ensures on-time delivery by liaising with warehouses, freight providers, and customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate logistics arrangements to ensure all delivery needs are fulfilled.
- Liaise with appointed service providers to secure freight space and ensure smooth shipment planning.
- Collaborate with the Warehouse team to ensure orders are properly packed and ready for collection.
- Prepare and verify all shipping documentation for both international shipments and domestic deliveries.
- Support any ad-hoc warehouse and logistics-related tasks as required.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience in order processing, coordinating international air shipments and domestic deliveries, preparation of shipping documents.
- Basic fundamental knowledge in logistics.
