Manage and coordinate supply chain activities including shipment tracking, inventory control, vendor negotiations, and documentation to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing cargo to ensure safe and timely deliveries.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate warehouse records and databases.
• Negotiate rates and terms with carriers, freight forwarders, and suppliers to optimize costs.
• Prepare and manage shipping, invoicing, and customs clearance documentation accurately.
