Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations.
• Plan and manage inbound and outbound shipments.
• Lead and supervise the logistics and warehouse team.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and timely order fulfilment.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, transport providers and internal departments.
• Monitor KPIs and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and company policies.
• Prepare operational reports and resolve logistics issues promptly.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics or warehouse management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
