- Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound shipments. - Support customs clearance and logistics documentation processes. - Coordinate with freight forwarders, suppliers, transporters, and internal departments. - Handle documentation and submissions related to government authorities and portals when required. - Assist in processing logistics-related approvals and permits. - Maintain and update shipment records, trackers, and logistics files. - Ensure timely follow-up of deliveries and shipment schedules. - Support documentation requirements related to: MOFA MOD SIRA Chamber of Commerce - Prepare reports, correspondence, and logistics records using MS Office applications. - Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety requirements, and applicable UAE regulations. - Perform other logistics and administrative duties assigned by the management.

Education - Bachelor’s Degree in any field. - Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes. Experience - Experience in logistics coordination, customs clearance, or related logistics activities is preferred. - Experience dealing with UAE government-related documentation and approvals is advantageous. - Familiarity with MOFA, MOD, SIRA, and Chamber of Commerce processes is advantageous. Skills & Competencies - Proficient in English communication (spoken and written). - Basic Arabic language skills are preferred. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). - Good organizational and coordination skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. - Strong willingness to learn and adapt to operational requirements. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. Mandatory Requirements - Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory). Certifications - Any professional certification related to logistics, supply chain, transportation, administration, or operations is acceptable and considered an advantage.
