We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Logistics Administrator to support our growing operations. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring products move efficiently from warehouse to customer, supporting our retail, e-commerce, and trade channels.

What You'll Be Doing

Logistics & Distribution

  • Coordinate transportation and delivery arrangements across retail, e-commerce, and trade channels.

  • Prepare shipping documentation and ensure timely, accurate deliveries.

  • Track shipments and proactively resolve any delivery issues.

  • Maintain logistics records and update internal systems.

Inventory & Warehouse Operations

  • Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming inventory.

  • Organize warehouse storage to maximize efficiency and maintain a clean, safe working environment.

  • Perform regular cycle counts and support periodic stock-taking activities.

  • Monitor inventory accuracy and highlight discrepancies for prompt resolution.

E-Commerce Order Fulfilment

  • Process customer orders through picking, packing, and dispatch.

  • Monitor order status to ensure excellent customer fulfilment performance.

  • Work closely with internal teams and logistics partners to resolve fulfilment issues.

  • Contribute ideas to improve warehouse and fulfilment efficiency.

Procurement & Vendor Coordination

  • Assist with purchasing activities and supplier coordination.

  • Maintain supplier records and procurement documentation.

  • Follow up with vendors to ensure timely deliveries and accurate documentation.

Reporting & Administrative Support

  • Prepare regular reports on inventory, deliveries, and logistics performance.

  • Maintain accurate operational records and filing systems.

  • Provide administrative support to the Operations team.

  • Undertake additional duties and projects as assigned.

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management, or e-commerce fulfilment is an advantage.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and inventory or warehouse management systems.

  • Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.

  • Able to multitask and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • A proactive problem solver who can respond quickly to operational challenges.

  • Good understanding of warehouse safety practices and quality standards.

  • Positive attitude, hands-on approach, and a strong team player.
