Logistics Analyst (East / 3PL / 5 days) [SAS]

Report directly to the Assistant General Manager, delivering customer-centric solutions that support operational goals and business growth initiatives. Utilize data analytics to enhance inventory accuracy, minimize carrying costs, and improve overall operational efficiency.

Apply lean methodologies to strengthen operational performance and optimize warehouse resources, driving value for both internal and external stakeholders.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse, from identifying process gaps to designing and implementing solutions, including managing operational change.

Support the Operations Manager in monitoring and analyzing operational KPIs, productivity metrics, billing reports, and account P&L performance.

Work closely with the Key Account Manager to support business development efforts by maintaining customer satisfaction and identifying value-added solution opportunities.

Collaborate with Innovation, Automation, and WMS subject matter experts to implement new technologies or enhance existing warehouse systems and processes.
