THE ROLE
As a Logistics Analyst, you will focus on coordinating fleet logistics operations and supporting the efficient movement of vehicles, materials, and operational resources across multiple locations. You will play a critical role in ensuring fleet availability, maintaining high fleet quality standards, and optimizing operational efficiency across your assigned region.
You will own the execution of end-to-end operational processes related to vehicle management, supplier procurement and relationship management, stock control, logistics coordination, and local operational support. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and operational performance.
Reporting directly to the Head of Logistics, you will collaborate closely with regional colleagues and local operations teams to ensure smooth execution and continuous improvement — working alongside the team to reimagine how Logistics gets done.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- Understand and contribute to the continuous improvement of fleet and asset management procedures designed by central teams and ensure their successful implementation within your region;
- Maximize fleet availability by executing efficient vehicle in-fleeting, intervention management, and de-fleeting processes;
- Support local operations teams by assisting with vehicle interventions and technical troubleshooting whenever necessary;
- Help Design Logistics 2.0;
- Coordinate vehicle movements and logistics operations between local teams and external logistics partners;
- Source, negotiate, and manage fleet partners globally;
- Monitor and optimize vehicle operating costs within your region;
- Contribute to regional expansion projects and support the operational setup of new locations;
- Track operational KPIs and support data-driven decision-making to improve performance and efficiency.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Background in Transport Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or similar fields;
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in fleet operations, logistics coordination, procurement, or operational management;
- Hands-on and action-oriented mindset, with the ability to proactively solve operational challenges;
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously;
- Detail-oriented and comfortable following operational procedures with precision;
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Team player with a collaborative mindset and ability to work across multiple departments and locations;
- Adaptable and resilient in fast-paced and constantly changing environments;
- Experience managing suppliers, workshops, or logistics partners is a plus;
- Fluency in English is mandatory;
