Logistics And Customer Service Associate Director

Job Summary

We are looking for a Logistics & Customer Service Associate Director to lead and optimize logistics and customer service operations, ensuring excellent customer service levels while achieving optimal logistics costs.

Job Responsibilities

- Build and manage logistics and customer service budgets to optimize logistics costs.
- Develop medium- and long-term logistics network strategies and customer service direction.
- Establish and govern logistics policies, transportation processes, and operational procedures to ensure efficient product flow.
- Manage logistics service providers, including carrier, warehouse and 3PL partners; lead supplier selection, contract negotiations and performance management.
- Oversee inventory movement and warehouse operations to ensure compliance, product integrity and loss prevention.
- Ensure effective customer complaint handling and service recovery processes.
- Measure logistics and customer service performance, drive continuous improvement and mitigate operational risks.
- Assess risks and direct emergency response actions to maintain business continuity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support business units in resolving operational challenges.
